Privacy Policy

Live Sales Coach helps MoveMobility employees record and review customer visits. This policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is available only to invited employees — there is no public sign-up.

• Account information: your work email address and name, provided by your administrator when your account is created.
• Visit recordings: audio you record during a customer visit, which you can keep or discard.
• Transcripts and coaching: a written transcript of the recorded conversation and AI-generated coaching notes, scores and debriefs based on your organisation's sales methodology.
• Your notes: any notes you write during or after a visit.
• Visit details: the customer name you assign to a visit and the vehicle programme selected.

• To transcribe recorded conversations and separate speakers.
• To generate live coaching prompts and an after-visit debrief scored against your organisation's sales methodology.
• To let colleagues in your organisation read visit reports (transcript, notes and debrief) so coaching can be shared in the office. Only the person who recorded a visit can edit, re-record or delete it.

Recordings are transcribed and transcripts are evaluated by an automated AI service to produce speaker labels, coaching nudges and debriefs. This content is used solely to provide the coaching features of the app and is not used to train third-party AI models.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Recordings are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Access to visit data requires a signed-in employee account.

Visit reports (transcript, notes and debrief) are visible to other signed-in employees of your organisation. Audio recordings are visible only to the person who recorded them. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your visits are kept until you or your administrator delete them. Deleting a visit permanently removes its recording, transcript, notes and debrief. Deleting your account removes your visits and personal information.

The app is a business tool for employees and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The effective date above shows the latest version.
